Not happy with ChatFlag Pro? Ask within 7 days of buying and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
The free plan is free, so there is nothing to refund there.

How to ask for a refund

Email screenersight@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or license key if you have it. You can also reply to your purchase receipt from Dodo Payments.

What happens next

We approve every refund requested within 7 days of purchase.
The refund is issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Your Pro license key is deactivated. ChatFlag returns to the free plan; your flags are not deleted.

After 7 days

Refunds after 7 days are not guaranteed, but if something isn't working for you, email us. We'll try to fix the problem, and we look at every request fairly.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We'll refund you quickly within the 7 days, without the hassle of a chargeback.
